Employer Services

The TN Career Center system for Workforce Investment Area 11 serves employers in Benton, Carroll, Chester, Decatur, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, McNairy, Madison and Weakley counties.

The career center system has "welded" several agencies together to form one-stop service centers throughout the area.

We had over 28,200 job applicants come through our doors last year. We are a point of service where your job orders can be exposed to a variety of skills.

tailoring our services to the best of our ability to meet your needs
continual improvement
investing WIA training dollars where you need them
